Responsibilities

• Supervising daily beverage operations.
• Assisting with beverage offerings and upsells.
• Participating in menu planning.
• Assisting talent on the floor during peak service periods.
• Welcoming customers, determining beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Learning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages.
• Checking identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Following property control audit standards and cash handling procedures.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.
