About the Role
As a People Analytics and Automation Specialist, you will combine analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technology to transform HR service delivery and workforce decision-making. You will build intelligent solutions to enhance employee experiences, automate workflows, gain workforce insights, and extend team capabilities through AI, playing a key role in defining a modern, AI-enabled HR function.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Zurich's people analytics capability through impactful reporting, insights, and workforce intelligence.
- Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions that improve efficiency and employee experiences.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, that extend the effectiveness of the People Team.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to solve workforce, organisational, and people-related challenges.
- Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights that support compliance and informed decision making.
- Champion responsible innovation by embedding strong privacy, security, governance, and data quality practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or technology solution delivery, ideally within HR or a related business function.
- Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and the delivery of actionable business insights.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and complex data environments.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy scalable automation, AI, or digital workflow solutions that drive business value.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and risk management when working with sensitive information.
