About the Role

Responsibilities
- Measure clients to determine scope of work
- Pin and mark garments appropriately for fabric type and correct fit
- Complete alterations to the highest technical standard
- Deliver completed garments on or before the promised date
- Inform clients of alteration charges per the current price list
- Confirm and communicate the promise date for completed alterations
- Partner professionally with Sales Associates to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide expert guidance on cut and fit
- Complete designated sections of alterations tags
- Follow the Holt Renfrew price list
- Inform the department manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs
- Assist in maintaining the department in a clean and orderly fashion
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures
Requirements
- Tailoring/seamstress technical training or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Previous experience in altering luxury fabrications
- Comfortable and clear communication in English and/or French

Salary/Compensations
- $17.60 - $29.25 per hour
