About the Role

We create and deliver tailored marketing strategies for Expedia Group’s brands, focusing on establishing strong connections and cohesive experiences for travelers and partners. We leverage our functional expertise and creative excellence to build trust and loyalty for our brands through innovative marketing approaches and technology. This role supports Expedia Group’s advertising department through data and insights, translating data into actionable insights and digital campaign strategies for travel advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Become a recognized expert within Expedia Group Advertising in reporting & analytics, data insights, and media planning.
  • Create media strategies by analyzing audiences, recommending media mixes, and allocating advertising budgets.
  • Provide top-class support to AMER and global partners.
  • Build positive relationships with global Sales teams and influence best practices in daily collaboration.
  • Influence and communicate effectively in partner-facing situations to deliver data and insights supporting campaign strategy.
  • Contribute to generating and growing advertising partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with EMEA and APAC team members to support global Sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Yield, Operations, Strategy, and Product teams to innovate and automate systems, tools, and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a data-driven, highly analytical culture.
  • Experience working within an e-commerce, tech, digital marketing, or business consultancy environment.
  • Experience working within the travel industry, particularly in digital marketing and e-commerce roles, or at OTAs.
  • Experience in media planning across different channels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for turning data into insights and telling stories with actionable data.
  • Motivation for problem-solving and uncovering solutions that increase business effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Experience in project managing key business initiatives, including process changes and tool development.
  • Interest in staying abreast of the latest trends in travel, tech, business, e-commerce, marketing, and leadership.
