About the Role

This role supports the development, organization, and maintenance of operational training programs across all departments. The Operational Training Specialist plays a critical part in translating real-world operational expertise into clear, accessible training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain operational training programs.
• Translate operational expertise into training materials and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training accuracy and consistency.
• Update and scale training materials according to internal standards.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and ability to complete skill gap analyses.
• Experience creating digital content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborative and relationship-focused.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Year-round schedule availability is required.
