Responsibilities

Support teams with dynamic workforce planning and scheduling.
Drive the usage of onshore resources and alternative delivery models as an expert in Resource Strategy and Workforce Operations.
Achieve resourcing outcomes that balance business priorities with individual career aspirations.
Utilize technology to analyze data, identify trends, flag issues, and develop solutions.
Collaborate effectively with the Resource Management team, championing people and wellness strategies.

Requirements

Background in Resource Management with corporate experience as a bonus.
Passion for working with people and providing exceptional customer service, building a reputation as a trusted advisor.
Demonstrates personal leadership, showing proactivity, responsiveness, adaptability, and agility.
Skilled in influencing and negotiating across all staff levels, effectively asserting viewpoints.
Experienced in stakeholder management, adept at problem-solving and diplomatically challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
