About the Role
Design and run events that bring people together, from candidate dinners and conference booth set-ups to R&D offsites and internal programs. Own talent operations for the R&D recruiting team, helping create streamlined processes for smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and run memorable events
- Plan and execute recruiting events including candidate dinners, conferences, and pop-up activations on campus
- Source unique and creative venues
- Partner with leadership and the Employee Experience team to create thoughtful and intentional events
- Act as a Cognition ambassador to recruit top talent at each event
- Track budgets and event spend
- Coordinate vendors and logistics across multiple events and initiatives
- Continuously improve event and program execution as the company grows
- Track ROI and gather feedback to evaluate event effectiveness
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives
- Creative and operationally strong
- Ability to dream up ideas and execute them well
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
