About the Role
Assist the department manager and supervisors with daily operations including reviewing and analyzing heavy volume tenant accounts, monitoring building level cash, responding to internal and external cash receipt inquiries, participating in system enhancement testing, reconciling reports, and performing other assigned tasks as needed. This person is responsible for processing checks, cash receipts from lender’s lockboxes, and wire transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent, relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills, inclusive of proficiency in functions, formulas, sorting and filtering; pivot tables and v-lookups a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge of cash applications and account reconciliations
- Prior experience with real estate accounting / charges / billings a plus
- Prior experience in the banking, real estate industry, finance, or accounting is preferred
- Experience with real estate management software is a plus
