Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of multi-million dollar construction projects from beginning to end.
  • Administer, implement, and manage assigned construction projects.
  • Prepare, document, implement, control, and update all aspects of assigned projects including scheduling, budgets, buyout, subcontractors, permits, safety, risk, quality, communication, progress reports, meeting minutes, schedule of values, owner and internal meetings, financial forecasting, testing/commissioning, punch-list, turnover, and close-out.
  • Manage general contractor duties.
  • Manage risks on projects to assure completion on time and on budget.
  • Select and manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Meet with contractors, building owners, subcontractors, other trades, and internal teams to discuss scope, budgets, performance, and close-out.
  • Manage project cash-flow, including progress billing, collections support, and resource management.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained for assigned projects.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff.
  • Establish professional relationships and communicate with field support staff and customers.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Service to fulfill project requirements.
  • Operate in a team-based environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage time in a disciplined, productive manner.
  • Maintain highest levels of ethics, trust, and personal responsibility.
  • OSHA 10 minimum and OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Familiarity with financially guaranteed contracts, energy management systems, HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control systems is preferred.
  • General working knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, mechanical HVAC systems, and the building construction industry.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • Travel to customer job sites is required (2-5 hour radius & overnights as assigned projects require).
  • May be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other variable environmental conditions during site visits.

Salary/Compensations

  • $97,406.66 - $156,200.00
