About the Role
Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
Requirements
- No prior junk removal experience required
- DOT Medical Certification required for driving commercial vehicles
- Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification
- Maintained uniform standards anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock
