Responsibilities

- Manage employee life-cycle changes (promotions, salary adjustments, role changes) by drafting and executing addendums.
- Handle terminations and mutual separations, coordinating agreements, execution timelines, and data handling.
- Prepare, upload, and audit data templates for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries, addressing questions on policies and HRIS navigation.
- Manage the ticketing queue, meeting KPIs for first responses and resolution rates.
- Triage and route complex cases to Senior HR Advisors with necessary background information.
- Synchronize, upload, and transfer employee data across global systems and platforms.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), draft templates, and create macros to improve operational efficiency.
- Research multi-country labor laws to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Track task completion rates and system performance to identify areas for operational improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR support, operations, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, employee changes, and terminations.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data management, including transferring and reconciling data across systems.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, employees, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday).
- Experience working in a global business and working with stakeholders in other countries is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
