About the Role
This position will provide administrative support to our account repossession strategy. The role is responsible for account review, research, and compiling data to complete a repossession request for the administration piece of the repossession process.
Responsibilities
- Review accounts referred by risk for repossession processing for multiple parts of the business – including ELF documentation review, account notes, assessing the value of the unit and title review.
- Identify unperfected liens and missing documentation for business partners to review.
- Adhere to the SLA review timeframe for referral lists.
- Review accounts referred by repossession collection agents for active repo processing – including reviewing of documentation, title review and expiration of state regulated letters where applies.
- Maintain an understanding of departmental systems, personal computers, software applications and policies and procedures.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of departmental improvements.
- Assist multiple parts of the business when it comes to administration review.
- Complete required compliance training by assigned due dates.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Financial Services and Lending background a plus.
