About the Role

SOL Mental Health is redefining mental health care by providing a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with the necessary structure, support, and tools for professionals to excel. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to address operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
• Maintain a reduced caseload to balance leadership responsibilities and clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and support to team members.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Identify training needs for clinical team members.
• Lead case consultation sessions.
• Provide clinical supervision to associate and licensed therapists.
• Directly manage a designated therapist cohort.
• Maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.

Requirements

• Active, independent LCSW license in NY.
• 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with EHR systems.
