You will lead complex productions end to end, translate client briefs into clear scopes, budgets and timelines, direct internal teams and vendor partners, and support the agency's new business pipeline.

- Be on site and in the room, running load-in through strike, technical rehearsals, and show flow alongside production and technical teams.
- Solve problems in real time and make decisions when the schedule, budget, or client requires it.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to NVE’s standard.
- Manage clear communication across internal teams and agency partners throughout each project.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring client needs are heard, understood, and addressed promptly.
- Provide clear communications to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs.
- Build and own project budgets, from initial estimate through final reconciliation.
- Set target margins with production leadership, track spend against budget, and flag variance early.
- Oversee coordination with internal teams on invoices and vendor payments.
- Support the finance team by ensuring prompt project close-out.
- Negotiate directly with vendors and production partners to secure the best value without compromising the work.
- Support the agency's new business pipeline, contributing production expertise to pitches and RFP responses.
- Translate pitch concepts into realistic scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Transition wins cleanly into delivery, carrying scope, budget, and assumptions intact to the project team.
- Build, lead, and develop teams, mentoring producers and production managers.
