About the Role

T1 Energy is seeking a Designer to join the Marketing and Communications team. This role requires a creative individual capable of conceptualizing, executing, and delivering a wide range of design outputs quickly and with high quality, adapting to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital formats, including campaign assets, presentations, sales collateral, event materials, and branded templates.
• Create and iterate on social and performance media assets, designing for multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement.
• Support photo editing and image production needs for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process for ideation, concepting, and production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and delivering on time.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changing briefs and project requirements.
• Contribute animation and video editing support where needed.

Requirements

• A strong visual communicator with a keen eye for detail, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with the ability to pivot quickly.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Openness to integrating AI into the creative workflow.
• Organized and self-managing with proactive communication and timely delivery.
• Collaborative with a low-ego, receptive to feedback, and focused on outcomes.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• 2+ years of experience in a creative or marketing design role.
• Demonstrated experience designing across both print and digital formats.
• Experience creating social and performance media assets for multiple platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a creative and conceptual workflow.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio (site or PDF) is required.
