About the Role

Product Management at Capital One involves reimagining the status quo, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving innovative customer experiences through technology. The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds foundational technologies for our end-to-end customer journey. The Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns capabilities that drive customer interactions, while the Experience Platforms team ensures the quality of our digital channels. This role contributes to shaping a modern, scalable platform ecosystem impacting millions of users.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered product management, obsessing about customer needs to innovate solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in Business Focused product management, delivering outcomes through leverage and execution excellence.
Demonstrate proficiency in Technology Driven product management, leveraging technology for innovative and resilient solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in Integrated Problem Solving, identifying and resolving complex problems while mitigating risks.
Demonstrate proficiency in Transformational Leadership, leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive alignment.

Requirements

Currently have, or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, with the degree expected on or before the scheduled start date.
OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
