About the Role
Product Management at Capital One involves reimagining the status quo, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving innovative customer experiences through technology. The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds foundational technologies for our end-to-end customer journey. The Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns capabilities that drive customer interactions, while the Experience Platforms team ensures the quality of our digital channels. This role contributes to shaping a modern, scalable platform ecosystem impacting millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered product management, obsessing about customer needs to innovate solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Business Focused product management, delivering outcomes through leverage and execution excellence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Technology Driven product management, leveraging technology for innovative and resilient solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Integrated Problem Solving, identifying and resolving complex problems while mitigating risks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Transformational Leadership, leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive alignment.
Requirements
- Currently have, or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, with the degree expected on or before the scheduled start date.
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
