About the Role

Serve as a well-versed mortgage compliance resource, assisting with various projects and providing training. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding the interpretation and implementation of DHI Mortgage Policies/Procedures and verify compliance achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Provides guidance, enterprise wide, regarding compliance matters
  • Assist in the creation and facilitation of ongoing compliance related training material
  • Performs assigned routine compliance testing tasks
  • Collaborate with teammates and assist employees with compliance related projects, analyses and deliverables
  • Verify internal policies and procedures comply with federal and state level laws and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of new and changing compliance regulations and the impact on processes and line of business
  • Participate in the evaluation of organizational compliance performance
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime

Requirements

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
