About the Role

We are looking for a solutions-focused Director-level attorney who reports to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate agreements with customers.
• Develop customer-centric solutions to ensure both legal compliance is achieved and internal and external customer needs are satisfied.
• Support business operations and provide direction and counsel regarding compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay abreast of laws, legislative developments, and developing external trends.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree (or equivalent) from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one State.
• 15+ years’ experience, with 10+ years of prior in-house counsel experience required.
• Current member of the bar or able to be admitted to the in-house counsel bar.
• Experience negotiating and drafting service agreements, license agreements, subcontracts, marketing agreements, real estate leases, non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, and consulting agreements.
• Experience supporting operations outside of the United States.

• $210,000-$225,000
