About the Role

The ticket purchase process is often the first point of contact for customers. This role focuses on making the purchase a pleasant experience by providing accurate and relevant information, contributing to a positive event attendance experience. The candidate will be friendly, upbeat, and helpful, providing customers with information and conducting ticket transactions professionally and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ticket sales, exchanges & refunds as needed
• Remain current in ticket system operations
• Remain familiar with events on sale, ticket discounts and how to access them
• Balance sales activity and revenue on a regular basis
• Assist in the distribution of will call orders to customers
• Support in counting money and preparing bank deposit and end of day reports
• Aid in processing of group sales orders
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as requested
