About the Role
Client Success Managers will act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, assisting with the preparation, management, organization, and submission of business immigration application documents to USCIS. This role offers training and exposure to federal law and global talent migration, ideal for those interested in the legal field.
Responsibilities
- Finalize, scan, bind, and ship legal packages.
- Sort and deliver incoming mail, and collect and send outgoing mail.
- Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, directing them to relevant staff.
- Interact with clients and handle queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Place USCIS service request calls.
- Handle premium processing forms.
- Answer client messages in the case management system (CMS), subject to attorney approval.
- Mail notices to clients as requested.
- Prepare cover letters and mail duplicate RFE packages to USCIS.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Portuguese-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Legal experience is not required.
- Prior customer service experience is valuable.
- BA or MA degree preferred.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
