About the Role
Partner with the Retail General Manager to oversee daily operations, guide the retail team, and create outstanding customer experiences. Step in to keep everything running smoothly in the GM's absence.
Responsibilities
- Support the Retail GM in leading store operations, staffing, merchandising, and customer service.
- Supervise and mentor retail, donation, and production staff.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and store opening/closing.
- Assist donors, sort inventory, and serve customers.
- Drive store productivity while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Take the lead on all store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; college a plus
- 5+ years of experience in retail or similar roles
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management position
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and team-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Salary/Compensations
- Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to a max of 12.5% of their quarterly salary based on performance in key metrics.
