About the Role
As a German-speaking Flight Ambassador, you'll help make every passenger's journey smooth from booking to boarding. You will work in the travel and aviation industry, build your CV with an internationally recognised brand and spend your free time exploring Greek islands, beaches, nightlife and Mediterranean life.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customers, travel agencies and corporate partners through different channels
- Entering customer information to issue tickets and update reservations
- Explaining travel rules and procedures before flights
- Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets and reservation issues
- Explaining applicable ticket fees and taxes
Requirements
- Fluent German and good English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and solution-oriented
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
