About the Role
Responsible for the dedicated management, operational oversight, and success of a large, complex customer program, focusing on efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and value optimization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
- Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
- Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
- Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
- Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
- Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
- Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Requires up to 60% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
