About the Role

Lead residential HVAC installation operations, manage HVAC installation teams, and ensure high-quality heating and air conditioning system installations across multiple job sites. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and growth of the residential HVAC installation department.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team
• Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites
• Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards
• Manage hiring, training, and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers
• Ensure HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations
• Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and job reporting for the HVAC installation department
• Resolve field issues and support installers with technical guidance
• Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance
• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination

Requirements

• 6+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including airflow, gas piping, electrical components, and system installation
• Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of HVAC code compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• Experience managing job schedules, materials, and installation crews

Experience Level

• 6+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience

Salary/Compensations

• $60K – $80K+ annually
