About the Role
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service. This role operates a cash register, processes sales, assists customers, and supports store upkeep and stocking to create a positive customer experience and support daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, courteous service.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and basic customer concerns.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have at least 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
