About the Role
Drive transformation and business growth across UKIMEA’s most dynamic markets as part of a high-impact leadership team overseeing Hybrid Cloud Solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead change, and make a significant impact in a diverse region.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, market share, and revenue across UKIMEA
- Lead and develop high-performing, multi-country sales teams; manage and mentor sales leaders and category managers across the region
- Set and manage sales quotas and goals; ensure operational excellence and disciplined pipeline management
- Build strong consultative relationships with key customer accounts and partners in the UKIMEA region
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Oversee the full Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio tailored to regional market needs
- Lead transformation initiatives throughout the UKIMEA region
- Collaborate with executive management and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization
- Manage resource planning, workforce development, and succession planning for future growth
- Drive a performance culture that ensures top-tier sales capability and results
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology industry experience, with at least 5 years of progressive sales leadership
- Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation across complex, multi-country environments
- Experience managing P&L, setting strategy, and leading sales for high-value, technical solutions
Skills
- Exceptional strategic planning, sales execution, and change management abilities
- Strong business and financial acumen, including quota and margin management
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise technology solutions relevant to UKIMEA markets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including regional and cultural nuances
- Ability to navigate complex environments and lead through change and ambiguity
- Proven success in developing talent and building high-performing teams across diverse regions
