About the Role
This role is crucial for driving product development and enhancement by eliciting requirements, planning and executing user acceptance testing, and managing change. You will lead product demos, provide stakeholder updates, and gather user feedback to inform the product roadmap, leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and map business requirements for new and enhanced functionality; evaluate expected KPI impacts.
- Plan and execute UAT, document results, and obtain sign-off before production deployment.
- Develop and deliver change management plans, including training schedules, materials, hyper-care support, and desk-side pairing.
- Validate post-production releases business impacts; gather user feedback via quarterly surveys and NPS to inform the product roadmap.
- Lead product demos and provide stakeholder updates through Sprint Reviews and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Advanced Planning Systems/ ERP, or like Supply Chain Systems
- Experience in a large-scale Food & Beverage (CPG) manufacturing environment
- Experience with Demand Planning or related Supply Chain planning roles
- Working knowledge of SQL and AI
