About the Role

The Managed Services Associate / Senior Associate - Oracle EPM will assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle EPM clients, with a focus on Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EPBCS, be based on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) to support client coverage, and be comfortable addressing a wide range of client requests beyond their specific area of expertise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, autonomous, and client-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Level of hire (Associate or Senior Associate) will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
  • Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
  • Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 1 of the following areas: Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) (Required), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) (Preferred), Account Reconciliation (ARC) (Preferred), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) (Preferred).

Salary/Compensations

  • $110,000 - $140,000 (U.S.)
  • $126,500 - $161,000 (U.S.) (Total compensation including annual incentive)
