About the Role

Prepare, analyse, and present management information related to reconciliation and settlement performance, service delivery, operational risk, and outstanding exceptions to senior management and governance forums. Support strategic change initiatives, system enhancements, and process transformation activities to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
