Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in relevant industry sectors with progressive experience
  • Demonstrated P&L management and commercial leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Experience developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and market share gains
  • Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies across multiple markets
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong professional presence and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Success in cross-functional collaboration in matrix environments
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships
