About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational execution of enterprise technology enablement programs, including technology adoption, cybersecurity awareness, workforce readiness, learning operations, knowledge management, communications, and responsible AI enablement initiatives. The Manager serves as the operational lead for multiple enablement workstreams, coordinating activities across stakeholders and ensuring consistent delivery of awareness, training, communications, and adoption services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational execution of enterprise technology enablement programs.
  • Lead learning and workforce enablement through the delivery and administration of technology, cybersecurity, and responsible AI learning programs.
  • Advance responsible AI and cybersecurity awareness by managing awareness, education, workforce engagement, and supporting initiatives.
  • Manage knowledge and digital resources by maintaining content across intranet sites, knowledge resources, and self-service documentation.
  • Drive communications and change management supporting technology, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise change initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and employee readiness by coordinating technology and cybersecurity onboarding resources, orientation, and workforce readiness.
  • Manage program operations by coordinating planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Support TSS Team Operations through internal communications, team engagement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a key operational partner, translating strategic priorities into operational plans and deliverables.
  • Lead coordination efforts across stakeholders supporting technology adoption, workforce readiness, responsible AI enablement, and awareness initiatives.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Technology Strategy & Services, Information Security, PC&E, Communications, and other National Office teams.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure timely completion of training, communications, knowledge management, and adoption activities.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across various departments to support enterprise enablement efforts.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities that support successful technology adoption and organizational readiness.
  • Recommend improvements to enablement programs, operational processes, communications approaches, and resource delivery models.
  • Represent TSS in onboarding, awareness, training, and enablement activities.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented approach that promotes engagement, trust, and organizational readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity enablement, learning operations, workforce readiness, communications, knowledge management, organizational change management, training, or related functions.
  • Experience managing operational workstreams, coordinating priorities, and driving execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional activities involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and recurring deliverables.
  • Experience administering learning programs and learning management systems, including content management, reporting, learner communications, and program operations.
  • Experience managing intranet content, knowledge repositories, resource libraries, and self-service information resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish operational processes, maintain governance standards, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting workforce adoption of technology, cybersecurity awareness programs, responsible AI education initiatives, or organizational change efforts.
  • Ability to analyze participation, engagement, and adoption metrics and use insights to recommend improvements.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and coordinating work across teams without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management, technology adoption methodologies, employee engagement strategies, or workforce enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including generative AI tools and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information appropriately.
