About the Role

We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst, GTM to be a strategic analytical partner to our Go-To-Market organization. You'll drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis across GTM functions with direct exposure to senior leaders and influence over revenue growth investments. This role offers high independence, close collaboration with business partners, and the opportunity to apply AI to modern finance practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted finance partner to GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing.
Proactively surface financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to business leaders.
Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and business partners.
Contribute to the annual plan and quarterly re-forecasts for GTM, including headcount, opex, and quota/capacity.
Build models to support territory design, rep capacity, and coverage decisions.
Partner with GTM Operations on commission planning, pipeline, forecasts, and ARR projections.
Support expense forecasting and budget consolidation across the GTM organization.
Deliver GTM financial reporting, including ARR, pipeline, productivity, headcount, and expense vs. plan.
Maintain dashboards for real-time business visibility for GTM leaders.
Drive variance analysis and communicate insights to business partners.
Explore and apply AI tools to improve FP&A speed and quality.
Experiment with new approaches and share findings with the FP&A team.
Support GTM investment decisions through rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.
Contribute to long-range planning and board materials.
Drive process improvements to make FP&A faster and more scalable.

Requirements

Develop a strong understanding of GTM financial processes, systems, and organizational structure within the first 30 days.
Gain a solid grasp of company operations and key GTM business drivers within the first 60 days.
Begin contributing meaningfully to reporting and analysis within the first 60 days.
Identify early opportunities for process improvements or added analytical depth within the first 60 days.
Be fully integrated into the team and operate with high independence on key ownership areas after 3 months.
Build strong relationships with business partners after 3 months.
Be recognized as a trusted, go-to resource for financial insight within the GTM organization after 3 months.
