About the Role

The Kid's Club Attendant ensures a safe and positive member experience by delivering ultimate customer service, maintaining a clean and friendly environment, and executing team member basics. This role provides a safe, fun, and interactive environment for children, conducting all activities professionally and adhering to policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide child care, including paging parents for discipline issues and attending to personal needs.
• Entertain children with games and other approved activities.
• Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy.
• Project a positive, friendly, and caring attitude when interacting with children and parents.
• Maintain the Kid’s Club area cleanliness and standards.
• Ensure all toys and objects are clean and safe.
• Ensure the safety of children in the Kid's club area and follow all safety procedures.
• Report all member complaints and incidents to the Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager.
• Report child health concerns to the Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager.
• Verify parents receive copies of Kid's Club policies.
• Confirm members have paid for Kid's Club services.
• Ensure parents/guardians have signed the Kid's Club Agreement and register.
• Ensure the person checking in the child is listed on the Kid's Club Agreement/Information Card.
• Ensure parent/guardian completes and signs the Kid's Club Register for check-in and check-out.
• Ensure proper payment is received for Kid's Club usage.

• Adhere to meal and rest break periods.
• Must clock in and out for all shift times.

Education Level
