About the Role
The Estate Planning team is part of our Wealth Solutions group, dedicated to providing and implementing planning strategies for high net worth clients. This role offers a flexible, national footprint, building teams around exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Independently meet with wealth advisors/financial planners/other wealth management and members of the Wealth Solutions group to review, fund, and maintain estate plans.
- Independently review and summarize existing estate planning documents, making recommendations for changes based upon law and family circumstances.
- Answer general estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams.
- Serve as an in-house resource in estate planning to wealth management teams nationwide.
- Remain current with related estate, trust, and tax legislation nationwide.
- Support business development through leading presentations and thought leadership publications.
- Manage a service specialist, overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
- Ability to interpret and convey complex estate planning topics to Wealth Management teams and clients
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- $90,000—$130,000 USD
