About the Role
Join us as a Retail Influencer and help transform everyday shopping into an unforgettable experience with the Caper smart shopping cart. This role involves engaging customers and showcasing the cart's innovative features.
Responsibilities
- Demo the cart with customers to drive adoption.
- Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Caper Cart experience.
- Deliver tutorials highlighting the cart’s coolest features.
- Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
- Gather feedback and share it with the tech team.
- Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
- Provide top-tier service and create positive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work the entire duration of assigned projects.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods with frequent walking.
- Ability to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel via car.
