About the Role

We are seeking experienced Pickers/Order Pickers for a fast-paced, high-volume night shift warehouse operation. The ideal candidate has previous order-picking experience, pallet jack proficiency, and can efficiently use warehouse technology, scanners, and digital systems. Candidates residing in or near Scarborough are preferred due to the importance of reliable attendance and long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and walkie riders.
• Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and inventory systems.
• Follow digital picking and order-fulfillment workflows.
• Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting established productivity targets.
• Work effectively as part of a night-shift warehouse team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Picker or Order Picker.
• Minimum 3 months of hands-on experience operating a pallet jack.
• Experience operating a walkie rider, such as a Raymond 8410 or similar equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (E-commerce, Fulfillment, Logistics, Technology, High-volume distribution).
• Experience using RF scanners and barcode scanners.
• Comfortable working with smartphones, handheld devices, mobile applications, and digital warehouse systems.
• Ability to learn new technology and warehouse systems quickly.
• Proven ability to maintain productivity, speed, and order-accuracy requirements.
• Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic.
• Ability to work overnight/night shifts.
• Experienced in order picking and warehouse operations.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment.
• Technology-savvy and comfortable using scanners and handheld devices.
