About the Role

This role leads team management and database support for the entire JREDD Asset Services platform. In full collaboration with the Technical Services and Sustainable Operations Center of Excellence (TSSO COE), the Data Analytics Team Lead implements and maintains a metric-based dashboard and reporting system to communicate and visualize progress on strategic initiatives across all accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the Data Analytics team and the development of various databases to support program implementations, value demonstration and continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide thought leadership, align with clients on strategic asset management direction, demonstrating value through programmatic implementation focused on maximizing asset value.
  • Develop a strong use case library, and support new business pursuits.
  • Oversee operations activities related to JREDD platform data management.
  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement to ensure best in class deployment and on-account performance related to the delivery of Asset Services solutions.
  • Set client’s strategic direction relative to Asset Services data requirements and objectives.
  • Anticipate and lead issue resolution.
  • Assist leadership team in the selection of action plans that best meet business objectives.
  • Support new business development and actively pursue new client growth opportunities.
  • Develop use cases and work with Knowledge Management to build a library.
  • Drive a culture of creative innovation.
  • Create and deploy visual reporting mechanisms to communicate progress on strategic reliability initiatives by all stakeholders on accounts and with external partners.
  • Identify and create standardized metrics for leadership to gauge the health of reliability and asset management efforts.
  • Provide system training and develop training documentation for end users of the JREDD Asset Services systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by end users and assist to resolve any difficulties encountered.
  • Create guides, SOPs, and manuals, as required.
  • Assist platform engineers, account personnel, and external clients with daily workflow enhancements and changes.
  • Review metrics for process consistency and develop solutions and provide recommendations to leadership for process improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships for SaaS products used by the platform.
  • Support JLL operational compliance program and follow company safety and health guidelines and other company policies.
  • Assist with methods to gather asset data and perform asset validation.
  • Assist the Facility Condition Assessment team with connecting asset data in CMMS platforms with associated data in FCA systems.
  • Assist the Regulatory Compliance Assessment team with the development of custom client-facing project tracking dashboards.
  • Brainstorm and implement improvements to the process, including engineering controls to enhance data quality.
  • Actively embrace AI solutions to scale throughput and project deliverables while ensuring data accuracy, actionable outputs, and accountability.
  • Perform regular quality checks on data in the system and provide real time feedback to front line employees to improve the quality and consistency of the data collected.
  • Work with leadership to streamline the entire process, from data collection to upload into clients’ CMMS, FCA platform, RCA platform, and other systems as required.
  • Consult with potential clients to identify and shape Asset Services opportunities.
  • Scope opportunities, including data requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Negotiate and draft proposals for new and expanded client engagements.
  • Manage opportunity revenue and track progress against forecasted targets.
  • Ensure profitability of the team through pricing and project management.
  • Forecast resource needs to support new business opportunities and account growth.
  • Perform other work as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS in a technical discipline required, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience in data management.
  • Strong SQL and data visualization project skills.
  • Proven ability to construct, perform, and oversee data analysis activities.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability centered maintenance preferred.
  • Proven ability to read, comprehend and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials.
  • CMMS, FCA, and/or RCA administration experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.
  • Experience in business analysis, asset management and risk analysis.
  • Ability to make informed recommendations in situations where data sets may be incomplete.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task to align team efforts with platform standards to drive the successful delivery of client expectations.
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholder requirements.
