About the Role
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Senior Associate, Paid Social & Programmatic to join our activation team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, trafficking, day-to-day execution, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns, primarily utilizing DV360.
- Act as a key contact for external vendor partners and DSP representatives to negotiate placements, manage campaign delivery, and resolve execution challenges.
- Assist with campaign execution across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, actively engaging in ongoing training and mentorship to expand your multi-channel skill set.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign pacing and performance against client KPIs, delivering clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Navigate strict compliance, accessibility, and regulatory guidelines associated with public sector accounts like the Ontario Government.
- Partner closely with internal planning, activation managers, and account leads to ensure seamless campaign workflow and execution accuracy.
Requirements
- 1.5 years of hands-on experience in digital media activation (agency experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on proficiency with DV360 and vendor management workflows.
- Foundational knowledge of Paid Social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) is preferred, with a strong willingness to learn and upskill.
- High Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to QAing campaign setups, tracking tags, budget pacing, and compliance guidelines.
- Vendor & Relationship Management: Comfortable communicating externally with vendors and publishers to drive activation success.
- Curious & Mentorship-Driven: An open mind with a desire to take advantage of team mentorship and continuous learning opportunities.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot comfortably across different account types, from commercial tech and finance to public sector campaigns.
