About the Role

DePaula Ford is seeking a Receptionist for their Business Development Center. This entry-level role is the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional service and supporting sales and service departments. It's ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills aiming for a career in the automotive industry with advancement potential.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Track every call into the system and ensure accuracy.
• Work designated shift; shift may change per business needs for coverage.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain customer information and appointment records in the dealership management system (DMS).
• Provide basic information regarding dealership products, services, and hours of operation.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, dependable and team oriented.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.
