About the Role
Seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with top Tech clients in San Francisco. This is an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities
- Advise corporate clients on technology transactions, providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to technology agreements.
- Handle complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Provide legal advice to teams from Research & Development, Marketing and Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, Marketing & Communications from product development to launch.
- Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch, including new features, products, services, and programs.
- Review global products, features, and platforms to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies focused on company goals.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level.
Requirements
- 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
- Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client.
- Active bar membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
