About the Role

Lead go-to-market strategy for Chime’s Trust & Safety portfolio, shaping how security capabilities are communicated to members. This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending, Trust & Safety, and involves partnering with Product, Risk, Legal, and Brand to define product narratives, influence roadmaps, and drive adoption. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and balancing business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Chime’s Trust & Safety suite, from launch through iteration and scale.
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Risk, Brand, Analytics and Legal to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis.
  • Own business outcomes: Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • At least 3+ years of regulated financial services experience.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products or features.
  • Strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals: audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, messaging, acquisition / engagement plan development.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal and Compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
