About the Role
Engage, educate, and assist guests at the cash wrap during a defined seasonal period, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining store appearance according to the BCS Store Operation, Training and Reference Manual.
- Engage in the creation of all BCS products, including packaging and labeling.
- Routinely clean and maintain store areas, following all cleaning procedures.
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them to the store.
- Answer customer questions and educate them on BCS products and their benefits.
- Assist customers during the checkout process and promote the BCS Loyalty Program.
- Network and market in the store's general location to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
- Adhere to all COVID-related protocols.
- Maintain a presentable appearance in compliance with the store dress code, including mandatory closed-toe shoes.
- Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment and Lye protocols.
