About the Role
Lead our children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring safety for all. This position is ideal for someone interested in early childhood education, child development, or a career in coaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead children in fun and educational activities.
- Ensure safety for all participants.
- Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
- Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
- Attend regular trainings.
- Follow the Super Soccer Stars provided Coaching curriculum.
- Interact with parents or guardians.
- Travel to various locations and carry equipment.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children through soccer coaching, daycare or preschool teaching, camp counseling, or acting.
- Experience interacting with parents or guardians.
- Can work with ages 1 to 10 years old.
- Willing to travel to various locations and carry equipment.
- Flexibility to work morning classes, after-school classes from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and weekend shifts from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Eligible to work in the United States.

- Competitive starting pay is $30/hr, with the potential to earn up to $45/hr
