About the Role

Limelight is redefining how finance teams plan, forecast, and report by replacing spreadsheet-heavy processes with a modern FP&A platform. This role offers a high-impact opportunity at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy, empowering finance professionals to uncover insights, influence strategy, and drive business forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for new Limelight customers, from requirements gathering and solution design through go-live and ongoing support.
• Understand customer business models, key drivers, planning processes, reporting needs, and strategic priorities.
• Design, configure, test, and validate financial models, templates, dashboards, and management reports.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable solutions for budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, allocations, and scenario models.
• Serve as the primary advisor to customer finance teams during onboarding and implementation.
• Recommend FP&A best practices to improve modeling, reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
• Lead training sessions to build user confidence and accelerate adoption.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Partner with Limelight’s Product and Data teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for value expansion post-go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial consulting, accounting systems, financial analysis, or financial software implementation.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial planning cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Adaptive Planning, or other ERP and FP&A solutions.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, practical, and scalable solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Track record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Sharp analytical mindset and enthusiasm for solving challenging problems.
• Confidence to take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and guide customers.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative SaaS environment.
