About the Role

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes a difference.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way.
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.

Requirements

• A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them.
• Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback.
• Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required.
