About the Role

The Senior National Account Manager will drive growth with key North American retail partners, focusing on Walmart, Best Buy, and other strategic accounts. This role involves owning account strategy, joint business planning, sales performance, and executive-level customer relationships, while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve profitable growth across in-store and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic retail partnerships through account planning, sales execution, and joint business planning.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets through forecasting, performance management, and P&L ownership.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, trading terms, promotional investments, and service agreements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Training teams to execute account strategies and retail initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive business reviews, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage market, consumer, and POS data to shape assortment, pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
  • Serve as a senior leader within the sales organization, mentoring team members and leading strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience managing large omnichannel retail accounts in North America.
  • Experience working with major consumer electronics retailers, preferably Walmart and/or Best Buy.
  • Proven success developing and executing retail sales strategies that drive growth and market share.
  • Strong background in account planning, forecasting, negotiation, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
