About the Role
As Construction Customer Success Managers, we retain and expand Autodesk's construction-portfolio customers. Within Construction Customer Success, we ensure ongoing adoption of our cloud solutions, fulfill our customers' desired business outcomes, and build lasting relationships, ultimately driving revenue for our construction solutions. You will be the strategic driver for product adoption and expansion within your assigned portfolio of customers.
Responsibilities
- Establish desired customer outcomes and develop/manage a Customer Success Plan.
- Onboard new construction customers, focusing on accelerating time to value.
- Coordinate diverse tasks, topics, and customers.
- Seek opportunities to expand solution adoption and recommend best practices.
- Maintain high customer retention rates, coordinate with sales for renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions.
- Track account health to identify and mitigate churn risk.
- Drive product usage and adoption of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Develop trusted advisor relationships and advocate for customer needs.
- Share, propose, and build best processes for organizational growth.
- Act as an Autodesk Construction evangelist, identifying industry outcomes and increasing awareness of construction services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Sincere curiosity to understand the construction industry.
- Collaborative and open to multiple perspectives; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Process-driven and organized.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment and drive for achievement.
- Experience with AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction.
- Previous experience in the Construction Industry.
- May require in-person onboarding and/or identity verification.
