About the Role
The Performance Coach is responsible for providing a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, including safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Performance classes and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures proper Performance Program delivery for an exceptional and safe Member experience.
- Promotes and supports own and other classes/programs to encourage Member engagement.
- Follows all class operating procedures.
- Reviews workout plans and scripting prior to class.
- Sets up equipment for workouts and maintains Performance Studio/Areas cleanliness.
- Completes subbing request and fulfillment procedures.
- Records time off and logs appropriate hours in Time and Attendance.
- Stays up-to-date by reading communications and attending Coach Meetings.
- Completes Learning Zone modules as required.
Requirements
- Relevant fitness certification
- Previous experience in Health and Fitness industry
- Current canfitpro Certification or equivalent

- $32.00 - $44 per one hour class (prorated for shorter or longer classes)
