About the Role

We are looking for a General Manager to join our team, someone who embraces our members, the team, and our culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and by example, happy to get stuck in and set the standard for service.
• Understand member expectations and maintain a continuous improvement plan to exceed them.
• Manage compliance while delivering the highest service levels during daily gym operations.
• Work with the team to deliver excellence on the gym floor and share best practices with peers.
• Engage and influence when needed and form strategic plans to reinforce business decisions.
• Develop the team and continuously seek ways to maximize their potential.
