About the Role
The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving and controlling merchandise and its storage in the stockroom. This role ensures shop floor replenishment according to company procedures to maintain a customer-ready environment.
Responsibilities
- Set expectations for stockroom operations with the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform POS functions during designated shifts.
- Analyze and review stockroom indicators and performance to improve efficiency and store results.
- Consistently prioritize tasks and deadlines based on global business and commercial needs.
- Be familiar with seasonal product details, including collections, initial orders, colors, and sizes.
- Utilize various product lists for stockroom management (pending packages, transmission, initial order, etc.).
- Recommend alternative garments when out-of-stock items are requested.
- Control and monitor stockroom materials such as alarms, RFID equipment, and adhesive tape.
- Reorganize stockroom space optimally based on the season's stage and store needs (e.g., start of season, sale period).
- Re-label garments as required for sale periods and promotions.
- Stay aware of the newest products and their placement on the shop floor.
- Provide product feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flex schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb step stools and ladders.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to travel to other store locations if needed and attend district meetings.
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods.
- May occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
- Leads by example and can motivate a team.
- Acts quickly and is multi-disciplinary.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and supervisors.
- Ability to receive feedback from management and peers.
- Shows initiative and decision-making/problem-solving ability.
- Prioritization – optimal use of time.

- Familiarity with procedures for transfers and goods returns.
- Knowledge of receiving goods, handling standards, and protocol.
- Experience with partial inventories.
- RFID operations are an asset.
